The nonis juice is produced according to the draining method customary in the South Sea. The well-cleaned noni fruits are stored in stainless steel containers for post-ripening. These become very soft, whereby the inside of the fruit turns into juice. The fruit opens after six to eight weeks and the juice exits and collects at the bottom of the container.
This juice hardly contains fruit, it is dark brown and its taste is fruity and powerful. Special care is taken so that no insects are present in the containers. Mold formation is naturally prevented in order to prevent the formation of health-threatening mycotoxins. Also, no fermentation should take place, otherwise the noni juice would become noni wine, which of course can not occur with a fruit juice.

Noni - the product
The noniflora is known in the Fiji Islands under the name 'Kura' for more than 2000 years and is used as medicinal and home remedies. The nonibaum (Morinda citrifolia) grows in the tropical regions of the South Seas, including Northern Australia, but not in the colder New Zealand.
In Fiji you can almost find a nonitree in every garden. The use of Noni is firmly embedded in the everyday life of the people. Many know the family recipes, which are passed on from generation to generation and which are used in small and large events, injuries and wounds. The noni fruit juice is considered as a stimulant and strengthening agent and is intended to support the restoration of energy and tension.
The clean environment in the natural rainforests of the Fiji islands contributes to the quality of the noni juice offered.
Production of Nonijuice
The fruits are taken directly by the collectors, no plantations are processed. Only fruits from wild noni trees are considered for high quality. A proverb from Fiji says, "If no non-tree grows from itself, it will not grow." Multiple washing and viewing of the noni fruit guarantees cleanliness and the best juice quality.
The noni fruits must be stored for subsequent ripening. This is done in large stainless steel containers, each has a capacity of 1500 kg of fruit. An airtight lid keeps the ripening fruits clean and free from vermin.
The fruits are constantly checked during storage. After about 4 - 5 weeks, the noniflora is ripe for pressing. We use normal wine presses from Germany. After pressing, the filtration and immediate pasteurization takes place.
The pasteurized nonis juice is then filled into new 1 liter PET bottles.

Each bottle is carefully polished after filling, the label with date of preservation is glued, the bottle is then placed in a protective cover, so that it does not get scratched during transport and does not get dusty.
